If the consumer requests a cancellation up to 3 days before the check-in date, the reservation can be canceled free of charge. However, if the cancellation is not notified within the specified time, the full room rate will be charged for the reservation.
The consumer acknowledges, accepts, and undertakes that in non-refundable reservations, the fee will not be refunded; in such cases, if the consumer requests a cancellation, it will not be valid, and the consumer will pay the full amount of the contract to RUDBLU APART HOTEL.
If the consumer requests a change in the service, and if this change is deemed appropriate by RUDBLU APART HOTEL, the consumer must immediately pay the price difference between the previous service and the newly requested service, upon acceptance of the change. However, if the price of the new service is lower than the previous service, RUDBLU APART HOTEL will refund the difference to the consumer.
If the consumer or their first-degree relatives have a valid medical condition during the stay period, preventing their regular daily activities for 10 days, documented by an official report from a fully-equipped State Hospital, or in the case of death, the reservation cancellation request will be accepted. The consumer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal obligations, as well as amounts paid to third parties that cannot be refunded and have been documented. In this case, the report and documents must be submitted before the service begins.
If the consumer does not provide written notice of their intention to participate in the accommodation service after missing the start, RUDBLU APART HOTEL reserves the right to cancel all reservations and services made in the consumer's name after 24 hours. No refund will be made in such cases.
The hotel accepts VISA, AMEX, and MASTERCARD credit cards for payments and reserves the right to temporarily pre-authorize a certain amount before arrival.
